Dear Jase,
I wanted to write to thank you for all you have done to sort out my nightmare.

That you have done great work with a generous and kind approach, that you have been considerate of our needs while working and that you are a really competent builder. These are all wonderful attributes and qualities that I really appreciate and I know my Michael would have likewise.

Thank you for your manners, your sense of humour (you are very funny) and your lovely presence in our home and thank you for being willing to do stuff that is way outside of scope. It has been a joy to have you around and I will miss you.

With appreciation and kudos.

We’re moving into our new premises Friday!  So exciting!

Thank you and your staff for making the process so easy.  We went into this venture hearing the horror stories from other business owners – the skyrocketing expenses, the delays, the administrative time.  We had none of that with you.  You made it a breeze!

Two people that we want to single out for kudos:

  • Really, this job was made so easy for us by Jason.  He was our daily point of contact and was always happy to down tools to explain where the process was up to when we randomly popped in.  We started with a reasonably sketchy plan and he made it happen.  Ann was really impressed with his idea to put in the privacy wall around reception and cutting down the wall near the kitchen was a stroke of genius in bringing the open plan look we wanted, but didn’t know how to achieve.  His insights due to his experience really helped us to get to an end point that was much better than what we had planned originally.
  • Richard’s paintwork is perfect and he just got on with it without bothering us with the detail.  The paint job lifted the premises to a whole different level of professionality. He’s also a cracker.  Painting the back door for us was above and beyond too.

Thanks for all of your hard work.

Brigitte and I would like to extend our gratitude to you and your fantastic team for the great work that has been done at our property following the storm damage of the 9th October, 2016.

You and your team have been a delight to deal with, and the speed with which you have operated to ensure firstly that we were able to recover Brigitte’s car under the collapsed roof, and then making the site safe to allow me to recover my garage contents was very much appreciated. Then after having been issued with a Building Notice from the Council, you were able to again provide us with very timely help with the urgent erection of a safety perimeter fence and then the demolition of the rest of the garage was again very much appreciated.

I would however like to acknowledge the excellent manner in which the demolition works and removal of rubble was carried out by your team. They took extraordinary care to ensure no further damage was caused to any of the plumbing and remaining structural fixtures that were to be retained. They also made sure there was no collateral damage caused to the areas around the garage and our house including the plants. Their work and friendly manner is a testament to the work ethic that you have obviously instilled in your team, and I would like to say how pleased Brigitte and I have been in having engaged NPR and your team in helping us out during what has been a very trying time.   The rubble was not only removed, but they also took great pains to clean up the site in and around the garage and driveway.  Jason should be able to provide us with a Final Scope of Works very shortly. I can assure you that I will be doing everything in my power to ensure you are given every opportunity to continue the fantastic work that you and your team have accomplished so far. I would hope that your familiarity with the garage and its important heritage features will put you in good stead to win the rebuilding project.  Please pass on our gratitude to your team.

Nick & Renee, Thank you so much for all of your advice patience and flexibility with our first build.

Up to date we are really happy with the progress and the whole experience has been an enjoyable challenge (except for the MUD!) Thank you for both being so approachable whenever we have questions, we are really glad we have chosen you guy’s to build with.

NPR Building Concepts was contracted to undertake the total construction and project management at our home in Balwyn in February 2008.

The decision was made after an association with NPR on several previous construction and renovation projects over the three years preceding. Therefore the confidence I had in NPR to deliver on time, and to the highest level of building standards, was well founded.

The project was a complex one, with extensive use of steel to create many of the cantilever designs throughout the building.

I wanted a sense of "openness" and "spaciousness", particularly in the downstairs living areas, and again this was achieved via multiple steel frames, almost "warehouse", type construction and design.

Despite the difficulty in the multilevel and two storey design and engineering, NPR was able to work through and overcome many construction hurdles extremely effectively. The synergy of trades was particularly noteworthy, with a "build flow" that was never interrupted or stalled due to timing issues.

The exacting attention to detail is another very important feature of NPR, and after 8months the project was delivered on schedule in October 2009.

My level of satisfaction with NPR, its building practices, smoothness of construction continuity and excellent finishing's is very high, and I will be engaging them on my next project in 2010.
