Meet clients, establish your needs and budget. This is where we sit down, have a cuppa, and discuss what it is you are wanting to build and establish a budget for us all to work within.

Begin the design process and engage draftsmen once desired design is achieved. We discuss your requirements with our draftsmen, they will draw up preliminary designs for us to work through with you until we are all happy with the final design in keeping with your initial budget. Once you have signed off on this design we will engage our engineers.

Once we have conferred with our draftsmen and engineers an accurate quotation can then be achieved. We pride ourselves on keeping our quotes accurate and, if we have also designed your build, within your budget too.

When you have approved our quotation we will move on to signing contracts and we will go about obtaining your building permits.

This is where the fun happens and we begin building your project.
