Dear Jase,
I wanted to write to thank you for all you have done to sort out my nightmare.

That you have done great work with a generous and kind approach, that you have been considerate of our needs while working and that you are a really competent builder. These are all wonderful attributes and qualities that I really appreciate and I know my Michael would have likewise.

Thank you for your manners, your sense of humour (you are very funny) and your lovely presence in our home and thank you for being willing to do stuff that is way outside of scope. It has been a joy to have you around and I will miss you.
