Brigitte and I would like to extend our gratitude to you and your fantastic team for the great work that has been done at our property following the storm damage of the 9th October, 2016.

You and your team have been a delight to deal with, and the speed with which you have operated to ensure firstly that we were able to recover Brigitte’s car under the collapsed roof, and then making the site safe to allow me to recover my garage contents was very much appreciated. Then after having been issued with a Building Notice from the Council, you were able to again provide us with very timely help with the urgent erection of a safety perimeter fence and then the demolition of the rest of the garage was again very much appreciated.  

I would however like to acknowledge the excellent manner in which the demolition works and removal of rubble was carried out by your team. They took extraordinary care to ensure no further damage was caused to any of the plumbing and remaining structural fixtures that were to be retained. They also made sure there was no collateral damage caused to the areas around the garage and our house including the plants. Their work and friendly manner is a testament to the work ethic that you have obviously instilled in your team, and I would like to say how pleased Brigitte and I have been in having engaged NPR and your team in helping us out during what has been a very trying time.   The rubble was not only removed, but they also took great pains to clean up the site in and around the garage and driveway.  Jason should be able to provide us with a Final Scope of Works very shortly. I can assure you that I will be doing everything in my power to ensure you are given every opportunity to continue the fantastic work that you and your team have accomplished so far. I would hope that your familiarity with the garage and its important heritage features will put you in good stead to win the rebuilding project.  Please pass on our gratitude to your team.
